EULA - End User License Agreement

Installing and using History Explorer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove History Explorer files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

SHAREWARE VERSION

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, this software may be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 30 days from the date of installation. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use History Explorer, you must pay a license fee and register. Unregistered use of History Explorer after this test period is in violation of international copyright laws.

The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of History Explorer without written permission from the copyright holder.

On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use History Explorer on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. You can not distribute in any form your personal Registration Key that you receive after the registration of application.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
